Estimates for works which have been accepted
Unless the customer requests deletion, all work that has been accepted will be maintained. Maintaining a record of completed work will help us and the customer find and access any documents that may be useful for future tasks that may be carried out at the customer's request.
Estimates for works which have not been accepted
We will gather all the information necessary to create your estimate if you have asked us to provide an estimate for work to be done. We will keep your information for 5 years before it will be deleted.
Works that have been completed but did not require an estimate
Unless the customer requests deletion, we will keep a record of every task we complete. Services, repairs, and other requests are a few examples of work types.
