Keep your boiler in first class condition by having it serviced each year. We will book an appointment for a time that suits you and upon completion issue a boiler service certificate to keep for your records.

Most boiler manufacturers and insurances require annual boiler services for your warranty to be valid. If you don't have your boiler service you may void the warranty.

We will inspect your boiler and controls to ensure they are operating safely.

The inspection will include checking your boiler for corrosion and leaks.

Your boiler casing will be removed to check the main components.

A gas pressure check will ensure your boiler is operating correctly.

A flue test will make sure that no unsafe emissions are being released.

Your boiler parts will be cleaned as required.

The boiler casing will be put back and properly sealed.

Upon completion a boiler service certificate will be issued.

Annual Service Reminder
After we have serviced your boiler you will be added to our 'Automatic Boiler Service Reminder' system to ensure your annual boiler service never gets forgotten in the future.
You will receive an email, approximately 4 weeks before the anniversary of your previous boiler service, informing you your boiler service is due soon and how to arrange an appointment. The latest prices will also be displayed on this email so you know exactly how much your boiler service will cost you.
If you have recently had your boiler serviced by another company and you would like to use us next year, please contact us so we can set you up on the reminder system ready for next year.
Gas Safe Registered
Before you let anyone carry out work on your boiler, you must ensure they are registered with Gas Safe, just like the engineers at Stembridge, so they can safely, competently and legally carry out work on your gas boiler.
