For the purpose of enhancing our services, we might also record all of our phone calls. Feedback from clients enables us to develop and enhance our offerings to them.
We gather information from you and save it in our safe online database. When you enquire about the following, we may gather data:

How long will we keep you data for?
The following categories represent our many methods for storing your data:
Estimates for works which have been accepted
Unless the customer requests deletion, all work that has been accepted will be maintained. Maintaining a record of completed work will help us and the customer find and access any documents that may be useful for future tasks that may be carried out at the customer's request.
Estimates for works which have not been accepted
We will gather all the information necessary to create your estimate if you have asked us to provide an estimate for work to be done. We will keep your information for 5 years before it will be deleted.
Works that have been completed but did not require an estimate
Unless the customer requests deletion, we will keep a record of every task we complete. Services, repairs, and other requests are a few examples of work types.
Our servers may also store small pieces of data called "cookies," which are used to retain some information about the user, including IP addresses, movement across our site, the software used, time spent, and other similar data. These cookies won't enable the user to be uniquely identified.
For internal website traffic analysis, the data will be used. We do not, however, take any responsibility for the security of this data. Additionally, we keep track of details like your operating system and browser type, as well as your IP address, which is the Internet address of your computer. We can learn more about the visitors to our website's geographic distribution and access methods thanks to this data. This data is never linked to the personal data you give us.
To evaluate how this website is being used, we may use Google Analytics. Cookies, which are little text files kept on users' computers, are used by Google Analytics to produce statistics and other data about how people use websites. Reports about how our website is used are made using the data gathered in relation to it. Google will keep this data on file. The majority of browsers let you reject all cookies, but a few just let you reject third-party cookies. For instance, in Internet Explorer, you can disable all cookies by clicking "Tools," "Internet Options," "Privacy," and then using the sliding selector to choose "Block all cookies." However, blocking all cookies will make it more difficult for users to use our website.
We employ a third-party service, Google Analytics, to gather general internet log information and specifics of visitor behaviour patterns whenever someone visits one of our sites. We do this to learn information such as how many people visit the different sections of the website. Only non-identifying processing of this data is done with it. We don't seek to identify website visitors, and we don't let Google attempt to do so either.
